An accomplished author, politician, and former international civil servant, Dr. Tharoor is now in his fourth term as Lok Sabha MP for Thiruvananthapuram. He is also the Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs. Dr. Tharoor has been a vital mentor and one of the guiding pillars of RWC through the years.
